1. How long have you been in business?

TrendyHost.com was founded January of 2010 as a website design firm specializing in web design, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and other design works. After so long it became apparent that our Founder needed a better solution for his customers and their web hosting needs. Customers would come back and complain about the level of service they received from their choice of web hosting providers. Jonathan Smith, our founder, decided that it was time to find that better solution and out of that came TrendyHost.com. TrendyHost is all about the customers and the fact that the company was founded for the purpose of better web hosting service says a lot about the type of company TrendyHost.com is and will be. To sum it up TrendyHost.com has been in business since 2010 and before that our founder was a freelance website designer.

2. Where are you located?

We are located at 627 North Main St. Shelbyville, TN 37160

3. How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up?

All accounts are set up instantly. Each account will go through our fraud protection and then our servers will automatically create your cPanel hosting account. Fraud checking is almost instant as well. If there are no issues your account is created in less than 30 seconds after payment. In some rare cases we will have to manually approve the order due to system hiccups or fraud errors. If this is the case we do apologize and we will get your account set up as soon as possible.

After your account is set up you will receive an email from our system with information needed to login and begin using your web hosting account. You are also given a chance to share with your friends and family a message letting them know you purchased web hosting at TrendyHost.com.

4. Do I have access to the tech support center 24 hours 7 days a week?

If you did not then we would be a very bad company now wouldn’t we. Yes, of course you do. It is our duty to serve you. We offer 24/7 phone and ticket/email support. We also have limited chat support.

5. Do you place advertisements on customer’s websites?

That is a big ole NO! We would never do that. We see it like this…you pay us for a service and to lease space on our servers located in our data center and by paying for the service you are entitled to an ad free web hosting account. That does not mean you cannot optimize your website and earn from private or network ads on your own. We do have tutorials on how to make money from ads on your website. Check out our tutorial section of our blog.

6. Do you allow domain registration and transfers?

Yes, we do offer domain registration and transfers. You are also welcome to keep your domain at any registrar you choose. We do not force you to have your domain registered with us or force you to transfer your domain to us although we do allow that option and recommend that option because having all of your domains and hosting in one place is more convenient. Domain costs vary and you can always see our pricing on our domain registration page. We try our best to offer the lowest priced domain registration.
